The Truth About Sit-ups

There usually is a misconception that doing crunches is the best way to work on your core. As I've already told a number of you, they are, in fact, not a good way to do so.
Here is a video from Science Insider explaining how it can actually hurt you and also offers a few alternative exercises.

Next week we will look into more exercises you can use to strengthen your core, and therefor improve your posture and spinal health.
